由中華人民共和國(guó)科技部主辦，廣西大學(xué)承辦的“2020年瀾湄區(qū)域輕紡行業(yè)清潔生產(chǎn)與環(huán)境保護(hù)國(guó)際培訓(xùn)班”將于2021年11月26日至12月10日在中國(guó)廣西壯族自治區(qū)南寧市舉辦?，F(xiàn)面向全球發(fā)展中國(guó)家招生。
一、培訓(xùn)計(jì)劃內(nèi)容
1、全球輕紡行業(yè)清潔生產(chǎn)及污染控制
1) 加拿大輕工行業(yè)污染控制及清潔生產(chǎn)
2) 美國(guó)制漿造紙清潔生產(chǎn)及污染控制
3) 歐洲制漿造紙行業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀
2、中國(guó)-東盟輕紡行業(yè)清潔生產(chǎn)及污染控制
1) 中國(guó)-東盟環(huán)境合作戰(zhàn)略及工業(yè)綠色低碳發(fā)展
2) 中國(guó)及廣西水污染治理技術(shù)體系
3) 典型工業(yè)廢水處理工藝和技術(shù)案例介紹
4) 流域綠色低碳發(fā)展及可持續(xù)性管理模式
5) 水環(huán)境監(jiān)測(cè)指標(biāo)體系及技術(shù)規(guī)范
二、培訓(xùn)方式
培訓(xùn)班將采取線(xiàn)上線(xiàn)下專(zhuān)家講授、實(shí)驗(yàn)示范、分組操作、參觀(guān)和討論的教學(xué)方式，學(xué)習(xí)和交流全球輕紡行業(yè)清潔生產(chǎn)及污染控制先進(jìn)經(jīng)驗(yàn)、分享與探討中國(guó)-東盟輕紡行業(yè)清潔生產(chǎn)和污染控制核心技術(shù)與裝備應(yīng)用及相關(guān)案例等。教學(xué)語(yǔ)言英語(yǔ)。

五、招生條件
1、培訓(xùn)學(xué)員應(yīng)來(lái)自發(fā)展中國(guó)家；
2、年齡在45歲以下（少數(shù)可例外），具備大學(xué)本科（含）以上或同等學(xué)歷，并有一定實(shí)際工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
3、能用授課語(yǔ)言（主要為英語(yǔ)）交流的科研和技術(shù)人員、企業(yè)管理人員和政府官員等；原則上每個(gè)培訓(xùn)班中同一國(guó)家學(xué)員不超過(guò)四人；

INTRODUCTION
The Ministry of Science and Technology (MOST) is a governmental agency that is responsible for the formulation and implementation of national science and technology R&D plans .One of its important missions is to strength the international cooperation in science and technology with other countries and districts especially with developing countries and districts. Since 1989, the international technical training workshop /courses on various subjects have been held in China every year under the auspices of MOST as a part of its international scientific and technical cooperation programs.
The international training workshop on clean production and environmental protection of Lancang -Mekong light & textile industry, Sponsored by Department of International Cooperation of MOST, Organized by Guangxi University, will be held in Nanning, China 2021.
WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION
1. Objectives
The program is aimed at government departments, scientific research institutions and technical staff from the light industry in the Lancang-Mekong river region to show China's latest achievements in clean production and environmental protection in the field of light industry. It aims to be of great significance in promoting the implementation of the green "One Belt, One Road" strategy, advancing the construction of the Mekong cooperation mechanism, actively fulfilling our leaders' commitments and promoting the "going out" of advanced technology and equipment in China's light industry.

Part 1. Lectures
1、 Cleaner Production and Pollution Control in the Global Light and Textile Industry
1) Canadian Light Industry Pollution Control and Cleaner Production
2) U.S. pulp and paper clean production and pollution control
3) European pulp and paper industry development status
2、 China - ASEAN light textile industry clean production and pollution control
1) China-ASEAN environmental cooperation strategy and industrial green low-carbon development
2) China and Guangxi water pollution control technology system
3) Introduction of typical industrial wastewater treatment process and technology cases
4) Green low-carbon development and sustainable management model of watershed
5) Water environment monitoring index system and technical specifications
Part 2. Demonstration and Practice
Experimental demonstration of the detection of pollutants in wastewater.
Part 3. Discussion and exchange
1. Participants introduce themselves
2. Exchange of experiences and discussion among participants
Part 4. Summary
Summary the workshop and discuss the potential cooperation on cleaner production and environmental protection in the light textile industry between China and participate countries and districts.
QUALIFICATION
Applicants should
1. Training participants should be from developing countries.
2. aged under 45 (a few exceptions may be made), with a university degree (or equivalent) or above, and with some practical work experience
3. scientific and technical personnel, business managers and government officials who can communicate in the language of instruction (mainly English); in principle, no more than four trainees from the same country in each training course.
4、Each participant must be physically and mentally healthy and free from infectious diseases (with health certificate).
5、Participants must provide a report on the development of clean production and environmental protection in the light & textile industry in their home country at the same time as submitting the registration materials.
